I've been eyeing this pendant for ages now, finally decided to splurge & get it for myself. i am SO glad I didn't read the reviews first! Yes, it's darker in person (only red seen through a light) & the silver backing was a little unexpected (not shown in pictures) but it's beautiful & well crafted. The glass is not loose at all, & the chain is lovely. I've worn it one times so far & I've received tons of compliments. It's a very nice piece ~ I recommend it!

I bought this necklace for my mother for Christmas & it turned out to be so beautiful that I kept it! it is true that the necklace is more red than the Amazon photo depicts, but since the description says garnet I knew it would be more red than the pinkish. I can see why some people would be upset because the necklace isn't exactly a duplicate of the photo shown here. However, I think that the necklace is more beautiful than the one in the photo. The silver scrolling is very intricate & unusual. It's different than most of the other heart shaped necklaces obtainable. The quality is excellent. I feel that I got a nice deal. No regrets.

I purchaced this & the matching tear-drop earrings. Prompt shipping. Classy packaging. As my wife pulled this out of the box (early v-day gift, I travel a lot) the look on her face was priceless! She loves antique items but does not like anything elderly & dingy. This looks & feels perfectly antique, but new & beautiful! The chain is very nice as well, & perfectly matches the pendant. The pics on here do not show how beautiful this item is. Quality 5 stars! Looks 5 Stars! & PRICE = low! How can you beat this? Perfect for any woman who likes antique jewelry without the heavy multi-stone gaudi look.

I received this necklace for Christmas, & I absolutely love it. The heart is a bit darker than in the picture, bit in the light it sparkles. Every time I wear it, I get tons of compliments. Definitely a great buy.

Ok. My girlfriend stumbled in to this piece of jewelry while browsing the amazon.com site. She said "it is soooo me, i require it". & of work I said "ok ok, maybe for xmas...", thinking to myself that I would get it for her for sure since she seemed so enthusiastic about it despite my skepticism. Well, i've to say that all the nice reviews about it were right. it is a very nice item, & the size is bigger than expected (or feared). it is very , looks very solid (in other words, you won't see a piece of it fall off as time goes by). & above all, it made my girlfriend very happy. What else to ask?!
